WILLING OFFERING
The Widow’s Offering– Mark 12:41-44
Jesus Anointed– John 12:1-8
Jesus Predicts His Death– John 12:23-32
Woe to the Religious Who Miss Him– Matthew 23:37
In Jesus’ final week before the cross, He spent time teaching and sharing God’s insights with His disciples. If we are willing, He will teach us too. If we are willing, He will pull us near. Reading these verses- consider the ‘all-ness’. All of me for all of Him. All of Him for all of me. There can be no real intimacy in the ‘in- between’ places. Let’s take an honest account of where we are with God today.

PRAYER FOCUS
Thank you, Jesus, that you were willing to offer all of yourself, withholding nothing, so that I can be gathered to you. Show me where I am unwilling to offer all of myself to you. I am so sorry for holding back. Holy Spirit, transform my heart to align with yours. I long to be gathered near by your grace.
PROGRESSIVE FAST
Continue BASELINE and cut out all Treats/Sweets.
Children should only be doing BASELINE fast.
FAMILY FOCUS
Take some time to think about all you have. All the toys, video games, fridge full of food, books, sports equipment, lots of clothes to pick from. Think about all the time you spend watching shows, scrolling instagram, or playing fun games. Consider the things you can do well and all the ways you are helpful.
Thank God for all this.
Now picture it all piled on a huge table in front of you. Invite God to come and look with you. Ask Him if there is anything here that He wants to use, remove, or give to someone else? How does that make you feel? Is there something that feels too hard to give up? Share as a family.
